Jane Burnside

In founding Hillfield Park Productions, Jane’s mission was to provide clients with a refreshing and personal perspective on the business of meetings and events. With her belief that each event is unique and each client deserves a dedicated senior team, she has firmly established Hillfield Park’s reputation for service excellence, creativity and logistical expertise.

Jane began her career in London, England, producing and promoting fashion shows, clothing exhibitions and trade events for a leading British sportswear designer. She returned to Toronto to expand her communications and planning skills in the public relations division of a large Canadian advertising firm.

With more than 18 years of event production experience, Jane has been responsible for leading project teams in highly successful integrated programs.

With her strong creative instinct and capacity to strategically conceptualize client requirements, Jane defines the strategic solutions, designs the creative concept and develops the communications plan. Overseeing the final production, she ensures the client’s objectives are met with maximum impact and efficiency, on time and on budget.


Shona McLeod

Shona brings a professional background in corporate communications and consumer brand marketing to Hillfield Park. Her corporate public relations experience producing internal events for multinational brand leaders enables her to think both like a client and for the client.

Process-oriented and a born multitasker, Shona oversees the logistical elements of all programs including registration, transportation and budget tracking. Before joining in the launch of Hillfield Park, she worked for a special events agency producing international corporate and not-for-profit events.
